      FLAG — a series of intelligent hiring event, creates avenues that can help your students access employment opportunities offered by diverse set of companies spread across all industries – Core Engineering, IT, ITES, KPO and in diverse roles – Design, Production, Programming, Servicing, Maintenance, Support, Quality, Sales, Data Analyst etc.

      With FLAG, post college sign up your students will go through Industry Awareness & Preparation Session conducted at your campus. Also College & Students can know about FLAG participatory company’s selection process well in advance. Both of these will help your students prepare for success in company’s hiring process. On FLAG Day students can attend interviews with multiple companies based on their eligibility criteria.

      Post FLAG we offer feedback on your students’ performance and suggest areas of improvement before the next FLAG, ensuring higher chances of placement. From our experience of working with more than 13000 students and the analysis we have done on their participation, we have noticed that students learn from their performance in each of the opportunities and succeed.  While it is less than 10% of the students who tend to make it in the first attempt, when they continue to participate in subsequent opportunities presented to them, their performance increases significantly. About 40% of the students who have persisted with their attempts in 3 or more opportunities through FLAG have landed an offer.

      It is this observation that makes us believe that when students are presented with opportunities and given to learn from their performances, they’re able to scale up.  This is what makes FLAG the right solution to address your challenge in getting the right opportunity to the right student.

      • Registered students build their profile online.
      • Companies publish the details of available opportunities — job description, eligibility criteria, interview process.
      • Companies shortlist students & students also get an option to choose their interested companies.
      • Shortlisted students are issued a Hall Ticket for participation in FLAG.
      • Shortlisted students prepare for their respective opportunities.
      • Member colleges TPO shared with shortlisted students Hall ticket.

       

      @ Event

      • Every participating student meets the company/companies for a specific job opportunity.
      • Companies complete the interview process and hire at the FLAG event.

       

      Post Event

      • College Management & TPO communicated about their student participation index at FLAG Event.
      • Support for completion of student joining formalities with companies through TPO.
