  • CII’s Employability Bridge initiative would help around 100 companies in Tamil Nadu  to identify potential candidates for fresh recruitment from over 30 colleges in Tamil Nadu.    To ensure quality education and bridge the gap between industry and academia, CII  launched the ‘Employability Bridge’ early this year.     Around 15000 students are expected to benefit from this initiative. CII has identified Surgeforth Technologies as the program management partner for this initiative.

The objective of this online portal ( is to provide a common platform for corporates, and government and private arts, science, engineering and management colleges. Additionally, EB provides industry-driven employability training to students, a placement management system for academia and cost-effective placement aggregation services for industry for on-and-off campus recruitment.
